Service Description
This meditation will be designed to take you into a deep state of relaxation. The main symbol of focus will be the ocean as a symbol of fluidity. With this session, I will teach about the profound benefits of meditation in regard to stress. How calm is a gateway into expansion and mental freedom vs how stress keeps us stuck and our world small from a neuroscience and psychology perspective. It gives you a good reason to prioritise relaxation which I always find is a nice thing to live by. We will explore some of the Tao Philosophy perspectives of looking at the world too. Using flow as a means to mastery. Learning how to let go of what isn’t meant for us without stress or attachment to open up to new opportunities.
