Section one: Tummo breathwork
Tummo breathwork comes at the front to clear the mind and create a deep state of relaxation. It’s a deep breathing and retention sequence that has been used for thousands of years in spiritual practice.
Section two: Countdown method
The countdown helps to deepen relaxation and narrow the mind into the exercise.

Section three: Reflection space
In this space, I will give you some time to reflect on your current relationship with the habit that you want to build. Exploring what you believe it will feel like to embody this habit and putting energy into the possibilities that this habit might open up for you.
Section four: The Embodiment Method
I'll get you to imagine yourself in a relaxing space, this can be wherever you want, it's different for everybody. Perhaps it might be a natural space, or perhaps it's a room that you feel relaxed in.I'll then get you to imagine a second version of yourself to walk over; this is the version of yourself that has already installed this habit.
You will stand in front of this second version of yourself, noticing what their energy feels like, what their emotional state feels like, how they are breathing, standing, etc. Then, as you breathe in, you will notice that this second version fades away a little more each time. With each breath, you embody this second version until you are one.
After this, I will get you to perform this habit a few times in your mind's eye. First slowly, but quicker each time. By this point, you should have identified yourself more strongly with the version of yourself that has embodied the habit and strengthened the neural pathways that make performing this habit feel like second nature.
