Section one: soft breath awareness
we bring awareness to the breath as it is with no minor changes to our regular rhythm to draw awareness inwards.
Section two: yoga nidra
yoga nidra is a body awareness technique designed to bring awareness around the body part by part before bringing the awareness into the body as a whole. This is a process that challenges your awareness but makes you feel more centred and present.
Section three: brief roots visualisation
I will get you to imagine roots growing out from your feet and into the floor below you to symbolise deep grounding.
Section four: bringing your awareness into the room around you
just as it sounds I will get you to imagine the space around you with your eyes still closed, to try and remember the little details.
