Every other Sunday, we will explore meditative tools and methods for well-being and self-mastery to help you reduce stress, strengthen your intuition, and connect more deeply with yourself.


Meditation isn’t just about stillness; it’s a doorway into greater awareness, creativity, and clarity. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this group will give you community and support, offering practical methods you can carry with you wherever you go.


We will start with an introduction to the method we will be exploring in the session before heading into the guided meditation. I'll then give you some time to write about your experience or any realizations that you have had before we chat about our experiences, and I will share how to best apply that meditation style.
